Before you order

Answers to the usual questions.

What do I need to send for a quote?

Your artwork in the best quality you have, plus the finished size or placement. For patches, add the patch type, backing and quantity. A low-resolution logo or a sketch is enough to get started.

How is the price worked out?

Digitizing is priced by placement and stitch count, vector art by how detailed the artwork is, and patches by size, type, coverage and quantity. Starting prices are listed on each service page, and you get a confirmed price before any work begins.

What files will I receive?

Embroidery files come in the machine format you need, such as DST or PES, with a thread color chart. Vector art comes as AI, EPS, PDF and JPG, with SVG, PNG or CDR on request. Extra formats are included at no charge.

How long does it take?

Most digitizing files are delivered the same day, usually within 3–5 hours. Vector files are usually same day, and large or detailed designs by the next morning. Patch orders are produced and shipped in 10–15 days. Tell us your deadline when you ask for a quote.

What if something needs to change?

You approve a preview or proof before anything is final, and revisions are free until you're happy with it. A change to more than about a third of the design, or resizing a digitized design by more than an inch, is treated as a new design, because the file has to be rebuilt to stitch well.

How do I pay?

Payment is by PayPal, in US dollars, and we send an invoice. New customers pay before the final files are delivered. For patch orders, 60% is paid before production starts and the remaining 40% before shipping.
