Zohius Design and Depth reserves the right to collect and store customer information that is essential to the administrative functions of the company. This information includes client billing information and artwork archives. Zohius Design and Depth also reserves a limited right to use customer artwork for marketing purposes only. This use includes posting customer artwork as a sample of work we have done on our website. Please note here that we do not post the actual artwork but a smaller jpg version of it that cannot be copied effectively.
